Datuk Hashim Bin Majid began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1990 with PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd, and later obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Glamorgan, UK, under a PETRONAS scholarship. Upon returning, he held various operational roles at Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd (MRCSB), including Shift Manager, Asset Manager, and Commissioning Manager for Vietnam's Dung Quat Refinery.
He subsequently assumed senior leadership roles, including Managing Director/CEO of PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd, and led operations at
PETRONAS Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn Bhd and MRCSB. His final appointments were as Head of Transformation Office for Refining &
Trading and Head of Manufacturing at PRefChem, prior to his retirement in 2023.
He was appointed to the Board of Enproserve Group Berhad on 6 November 2024.

Azman Bin Yusof began his career in 1990 as a Product Engineer at Intel Technologies Sdn Bhd, focusing on microprocessor testing. In 1991, he was selected for an international assignment at Intel Corporation's facility in Chandler, Arizona, supporting a technology transfer initiative. He was later promoted to Senior Engineer before leaving the company in 1994. He then joined Hexagon Tower Sdn Bhd as Sales Manager, leading project delivery and business development across the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
In 1999, he led operations at Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd, transforming it from a trading business into a licensed PETRONAS contractor.
Under his leadership, the company expanded into mechanical and construction services for the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
He also oversaw the formation of Enproserve Hydrodyne Sdn Bhd in 2019 and currently serves as Group Managing Director, providing strategic
direction and driving the Group's growth.<
He was appointed to the Board of Enproserve Group Berhad on 16 August 2024.

Dato' Wan Asmadi bin Wan Ahmad started his career in 1989 at Price Waterhouse Tax Services (M) Sdn Bhd, gaining experience in tax and audit. He then moved into the oil and gas sector with Mobil Oil and Petronas Carigali, focusing on financial management.
In 1996, he joined Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and held senior roles at Affin Merchant Bank and Malaysian International Merchant Bankers,
specializing in corporate finance, equity fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. He later expanded into Islamic finance and international
operations, and now leads DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd, offering corporate finance and private equity advisory services with over 30 years of industry
experience.
He was appointed to the Board of Enproserve Group Berhad on 14 November 2024.

Nurini Binti Kassim began her career in 1985 as an Analyst Programmer at Bank Utama (M) Berhad before moving into consultancy and project management roles at KPMG Peat Marwick Consultants and Hewlett Packard (M) Sdn Bhd. She later held marketing and business development roles at Sapura Systems, Informix (M) Sdn Bhd, and Edelman PR Malaysia, leading initiatives in marketing, communications, and channel management across local and regional markets.
In 2000, she joined the Securities Commission Malaysia, holding key leadership roles focused on capital market development and Islamic finance promotion.
She subsequently held senior positions including General Manager of Corporate Affairs at EPF, Chief Executive Officer of BERNAMA, and Executive Vice President
of Group Strategic Communications at Bursa Malaysia Berhad, where she led corporate communications and strategic transformation.
She was appointed to the Board of Enproserve Group Berhad on 14 November 2024.

Rozainah Binti Baharuddin began her career in 1997 at KPMG Peat Marwick Malaysia, working on audits, internal controls, and financial reporting across various industries. She then transitioned into corporate finance roles with Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, where she held key positions in Corporate Finance, Group Finance, Investment Banking, Human Resources, and the Group CEO's Office.
She was promoted to Director in CIMB's Group CEO Office, overseeing strategic initiatives, before joining Khazanah Research Institute (KRI) in 2014
as Chief Operating Officer and later Director. She currently serves as Director at Wellfarer Group Sdn Bhd and provides inheritance planning consultancy
for Kausar Wealth Management Sdn Bhd.
She was appointed to the Board of Enproserve Group Berhad on 14 November 2024.
